We shall permit you the access our services through our website ( that includes our content, courseware, practice tests, and other data, information, documents, data which may be available in the form of audio/video/multimedia, written, graphic, recorded, photographic or any software or device-readable format associated with the specific certification training course for which delegate has registered on our website ("Content and Courseware").

We have the right to make amendments, modifications, revisions or updates in the Content and Courseware that are offered to “delegate” through our Website. In case, if such amendments, modifications, revisions or updates are made then we may require you to pay an additional or extra amount of fees to provide you access to such content and courseware that has been amended, revised or updated.

User Authentication Information

By receiving this Agreement, you agree or acknowledge that the User ID and password as entered by you will provide you the exclusive access to your account or "Participant Account".

No permission will be given to you for forwarding or sharing the information regarding your participant account with any other user or an individual otherwise you will held responsible for violating the terms and conditions as mentioned here and immediate actions as in blocking, termination of your access to the website ( including the content, information, courseware, products and services.

In continuation to receiving this Agreement, you also agree that “You” are solely accountable for keeping and maintaining the confidentially and privacy of Your participant account and all the activities and doings being done under it.

You also agree to promptly notify or let our customer support and relations team know at, if you encounter or have reasons to believe of occurrences of any unauthorized use of your participant account due to any internal or external factors. You also agree to execute all the reasonable actions to prevent such unauthorized and to help us to take any investigatory steps against such unauthorized activities.

We shall not under any conditions/circumstances be held responsible for any claims associated with any unauthorized activities happening in your participant account due to any external factors or third party usage IF we find them out of our control or due to your failure to maintain the privacy, confidentiality and security of your participant account.

Rescheduling Policy

There are various options available in case Inovision Learning reschedule the training event.Participants will be 100% refunded if the reschedules dates do not match with your defined schedule. All the participants have the privilege to reschedule or attending a class in the future according to his/her convenience at the date of scheduled training.

If the participants wish to send to a replacement, Inform at least 3 days before the scheduled event to Innovision Learning If the participant wishes to reschedule his class to a future date due to some unexpected reasons, a considerable amount of fee will be charged as a rescheduling fee mentioned below:If the participant made rescheduling requests 7 days prior or more, a calculated charge of 10 % will be levied of the total amount.

Please be noted that rescheduling depends upon the availability of seats.If the participant request for rescheduling within 7 days or less, no dates will be provided to attend the rescheduling class, however, if the participant sends a replacement instead.
